  • Client Portal Access: Dedicated client portal for secure document sharing, collaboration, and follow-up questions / conversations as needed.
  • Document Review: Summary and analysis of risks and negotiable provisions.
  • Legal Drafting: For each year of membership, get your first 3 documents free; 30% off flat-rate pricing for additional documents.
  • Financial Services: Discount of $100 off financial services membership when bundled.

Financial Membership

Starting at $500/month includes
  • Bookkeeping: Monthly categorization and reconciliation of all linked accounts.
  • Reporting: Monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet).
  • Consultation: Monthly financial consultation.
  • EMR Reporting: Add EMR-specific data and custom reports (price depends on EMR).

Bookkeeping onboarding fees may apply.

All-Inclusive Membership

$2000/month includes
